2. Service Description

sendstorm is an email marketing platform that allows you to create, manage, and send email campaigns to your subscribers.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not use the service to send spam, phishing, or illegal content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only send emails to recipients who have given consent (opt-in)
• Include a working unsubscribe link in every email
• Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable anti-spam laws
• Not send content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

sendstorm is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including email delivery failures or data loss.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
